Bridge Marketing - Cultivating Employee Excellence

About Bridge Marketing
Examples of Work

'We worked closely with Carole while working on our application for the Investors in Excellence award.  Carole was an invaluable facilitator of this process, ensuring we stayed on point and moved through the process in an orderly and structured manner.

Our application took place on the heels of a complete management restructure and Carole's input ensured that we inspected every aspect and detail of our business. As a result, the whole team gained huge insight into  the workings of each other's area of the business, leading to a previously unattainable level of cohesiveness and understanding within the various departments of our business.'
Gill Griffin, Managing Director, Early Years

'I felt a serious sense of dread at the prospect of yet another all-day strategy meeting with my colleagues. But I was more than pleasantly surprised.  Carole Manship's skillful facilitation, knowledge of her brief and attention to detail meant that the day was a pleasure.  Months on, we continue to reap the benefits of her work.  I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking fresh ways of working as a team.'

Bridge Marketing Partnership was founded in 1995.   Its core business is an HR consultancy that works with organisations to cultivate employers of excellence.  It works to integrate best practice in training, development and human resources management into all areas of the business.

The 'bridge' has always been about relationships and one of our great enjoyments is facilitate meetings, away days, etc so that all those involved have the opportunity to participate and that desired outcomes are met.

New initiatives

In February 2009, the business expanded to represent Business Options (www.businessoptions.biz) in the Midlands.  Business Options, based in Hampshire with offices around the UK, works with successful companies looking for their next stage of growth, whether that is organic, through acquisitions, distributorships,  agencies, licensing agreements or franchising.  Business Options is accredited by both the British Franchise Association and Irish Franchise Association.

A milestone in Bridge Marketing Partnership was November 2007 when Carole became accredited in the use of Tetramap.

Tetramap is a behaviour profiling tool that came out of New Zealand.  Carole has used it on a number of workshops with a variety of clients - all who enjoyed the exercises and came away with greater understanding and appreciation of their colleagues.

Track record

We have an excellent track record of working with companies to achieve Investors in People and now bring this expertise into the twenty first century as we help employers on the road to Investors in Excellence.

Relationships

In Bridge Marketing Partnership, partnership does not designate a legal entity. Carole Manship is a sole trader. Partnership means that Carole cares about relationships - with clients and with colleagues and works in collaboration as a matter of course.

There are two colleagues of particular importance to Bridge Marketing Partenership: Janet Smith, who works closely with Carole as a senior consultant on Human Resource assignments and the other is Annmarie Hanlon of  Evonomie, the principal consultant on all Marketing consultancy projects.

Bridge Marketing Partnership has recently passed through two quality assurances:  firstly as an approved consultant on Business Link's register and secondly as a 5 star registered member of Skillfair.
