Bridge Marketing Partnership, founded in 1995,
is a quality assured consultancy practice.

In Bridge Marketing Partnership, partnership does not designate a legal entity. Carole Manship is a sole trader. Partnership means that Carole cares about relationships - with clients and with colleagues and works in collaboration as a matter of course.

Carole brings a mix of HR and marketing expertise to her assignments. 'Our' is used in some of the explanations of Bridge Marketing Partnership's work, because there is always expertise to bring on board as and when needed for projects.

Current clients and work involve a number of companies (manufacturing, charities, professional services) who are working towards Investors in People or who have gained the accreditation and seek to continue to improve their people management systems, particularly in the area of effective employee appraisals and staff/management/trustee relationships.

She serves on the CIPD Birmingham branch committee and edits the CIPD's Birmingham Branch newsletter as well as serving on the MacLaren Lecture organising committee, which brings top management speakers to the business and academic communities in a major annual event.
